Is the only difference between this version and the previous versions used in 2019 and/or 2020, the loading screen? And if so, is there any reason to have us install an update since we no longer see that loading screen with the new UI?

The setup folder is different and also the ads on the track are up-to-date. For the future, now that the loading screens don't show anymore, I may just change these to work for several years. What that means is that you'll have to download all these tracks at least one more time for 2021 and hopefully no more in upcoming seasons.
