Practice is open to all when the server is up with the new track. It should be up now with Monza. It's not password protected until Wednesday before the race.

Bring up rFactor 2, select Multiplayer, Select Internet (instead of LAN, Favorites, Friends) and in the search box enter HUB and press the enter key.
You should see SimRacingHub.com F1
Select it and press "Join Server"

I Think it's ok now. Is it possible to have server password?
Janos adds a password on the Wednesday before the race for series drivers to practice and to restrict the race to those in the series. After the race, the password is removed.
Tuesday nights before the race are official practice and there is no password. All that we expect is that guest drivers do their best to not interfere with series drivers. And that's rarely an issue.
