Lap 1 turn 1 had my side pod smooshed in and my wing damaged by Francis @3:48! Then he doesn't give back any positions after the pass in the grass and all that contact! Not cool!
He's 1.5 sec per lap slower pace wise and takes 6 cars in the grass turn 1. This damage plus turn 5 below ruined my race!

Then @14:18 he smashes Ronny into oblivion!

If that wasn't enough because that shitty start and wing damage then Bill you broke off my wings on both ends! @ 4:13

You should get a penalty for making me type this part plus the collision.

Good morning, Sam Safety, Sean Higins, Richard Rayne and Drivers!

First of all, I apologize for the contact with your front wing after I had pass you that wrong way, but I don't remember to touch your side spot, I've made a mistake on breaking point and to avoid collision with your rear's car, I had to go on limit of the track, kept a left wheels on track, however, this makes me touch Sean Higins's car in the back and the right front wheel of Richard Rayne's car because my car slipped.

For all those touches I apologize, all were my fault, initially caused by the breaking point error, and it wont happen again. After that I did not know who I would have let pass me back, I so I'll be happy to return back all these positions gained on that mistake.

Thanks and regards,

Francis Hartstein

Had a frozen headset came back on and hit the wall. Had damage but wings still in tact. Was trying to fight back lost positions with damaged car and Sam caught me and ran into back of me under braking on lap 15 I think. I'm not protesting it as my car was crap already, just surprised you didn't mention it mate.

Good evening,

SRHF1 2022 02 AUS Incident 02

I had no excuse, I've made a mistake and made a bad decision on brake a little later, however I had avoided the rear collision with Sam Safty's car, I have caused three small collisions with Richard Hayne, Sam Safety and Sean Higgins cars.

I apologize for that and it wont happen again.

Francis Hartstein you have until the end of the day to present your arguments.

Stewards for this and the following incidents:
- Jacobo Cardozo
- John Williamson
- Edmundo Martinez
- Richard Haynie
- Ezequiel Montero

___________________________________________

SRHF1 2022 02 AUS Incident 04

After I have out of the track, and return, I knew that I will be overtaken so I just kept the left line and let Ronny Farias pass me, and I don't know why he came to my side if we were side by side.

Francis Hartstein and Ronny Farias you have until the end of the day to present your arguments.

___________________________________________

SRHF1 2022 02 AUS Incident 05

I saw blue flag but I was not able to realize Stephen will let me pass, because he is pushing harder, so I will await to pass in another situation, and I've been surprised when he reduced too much in race line, in breaking zone...

I confess that I had doubt on instant after the rear collision if he was 7th or 17th position, because my red bubble cover his number on the track position, because of that I was slower, awaiting to let him pass me back.

I also apologize for my misunderstood. The subsequent incident I cannot understand (INCIDENT 6), was anti-desportive act.

Francis Hartstein and Stephen Broderson you have until the end of the day to present your arguments.

Note: Stephen Broderson was being lapped by Francis Hartstein.

Thank you All an best regards,

Francis Hartstein

What do you mean? How were you able to continue if you lost your rear wing. That would be a violation of regulation 15.9.

I lost my front and rear wing in the incident and had to abandon the race.

The only reason that I included you in the incident was because you bumped Haynie and lost the rear end and I bumped you. (see screenshot from the server replay) If SRH is including me in the incident for bumping you, then you should be included also when the stewards determine fault.

[quotePost]Bill Worrel and Mat Harto you have until the end of the day to present your arguments.[/quotePost]

I have no excuse for running into the back of Sam. Even though he ran into the back Richard H., I didn't react in time to keep from touching him. But clearly he didn't lose his rear wing and if he had any front wing damage that would have been from running into the back of Richard.

But why are you including me in the incident and not Sam? If it's because he wasn't named in the incident, I did.

I submit that article 10.2 was not followed when reporting the incident.

Session
Name of the accused driver as indicated in the unofficial results
Start time of the incident as indicated by the official replay time or position
End time as indicated by the official replay time or position NOT INDICATED
Brief description of the complaint
Article presumed to be in breach NOT INDICATED

This incident should be removed from review.
10.5 - Reports and/or Defense arguments will be dismissed by the SRH Management under the following conditions:

- Nonadherence to the format shown in Article 10.2
- Posts outside the event's forum thread
- Presence of offensive language towards another driver

Not sure why someone is dawdling around on the racing line in a fast corner.

Hello, Please find the appropriate information of the incident that I reported on April 7th.

Session: Simracinghub Round 2 Australian GP Qualifying on April 7th 2022

Name of the accused driver:
Sean Higgins

Start time of the incident as indicated by the official replay time or position:
4 minutes 14 seconds as indicated

End time as indicated by the official replay time or position:
As indicated continued on the in session so there wasn’t an end time as the finish would be entire session.

But if you want to know exactly
6 min 15 seconds was when he went back out for lap 2 and breached article 15.9

Causing a collision is 24.c

Brief description of the complaint
Article presumed to be in breach:

Mentioned “briefly” already but just incase.

Was hit from behind while recovering to the pits off the racing line and ended my session as I lost my rear wing. Sean did lose a front wheel but continued on (as previously mentioned)

Ok we good?

Also please note incident was reported during allowed time frame and had simply been edited for any clarification prior to ruling being completed which is in accordance of regulations.

Nice try trying to get out on a technicality lol I appreciate the hustle. Horrific apology for ruining someone’s night however haha.

Watch from my view man, I literally couldn’t be further off the line. Open to any apology either for the original incident or having me lose 30 minutes of my life writing this insane reply.

Unfortunately, the precedence has been set before with the continuation rule so I feel the actual contact incident is going to be a null point whether we both agree or not.

If you require this to be sent in any other languages please feel free to reach out.

Response to incident 3.

Just got caught up in someone else’s incident. Had lifted prior to entering that turn incase something happened and still didn’t have enough time to avoid. Couldn’t see much. Cheers
