I'd like to first apologize to Matt Harto. I punted him at the hairpin after the long straight. I waited for him and gave the spot back, small consolation. My bad.

I'd like to request an investigation against Juan Del Castillo. Lap 52 of the race, timestamp 1:10:10 to 1:10:40. Fighting for 6th place, tapped and almost spun at turn 2, then punted into the wall on the DRS straight,, lost rear wing, race over.
Juan had soft tires, I was damaged on mediums. He had the left side open, but had to go further right than me. Fine, but he cut it so close I think he might need glasses to judge car position.

1st of all you should be aware that some of your language is not allowed and may get your protest disqualified . Read the rules

2nd I race people the way they race me. Just before this incident, you almost spun me, which can be seen in the video I posted.

3rd You only caught up so rapidly because of a prior incident with Matt Harto that I owned, so I was waiting for him to give the position back. It wasn't because you were so supreme.

4th When the crash was imminent I let go of my steering wheel because of the direct drive wheel and let the car go where it wanted. I was looking at my overlay, which showed the loss of both wings, race over. Sorry if I didn't control the destroyed car to your liking.

5th, You don't get to decide what punishment people get if any.. Just file your complaint.

6th Perhaps I treat you differently because of your track record, recently on display at Hungary, where you force me off the track twice, blocked me constantly and wrecked another driver. You should look in the mirror before pointing a finger at others about their driving.

Just the facts.
The only reason I didn't hit you at Hungary is my brake pedal.

The incident on the video is Hungary. But also I want the incident after the crash to be investigated due to wanting to take a driver out of the race.

I never touched you in Hungary, you crashed because I was right behind you and in your head. But that has no bearing in this incident.
Reading minds is not in your skill set. I didn't try to take you out, I simply let go of the wheel to protect my hands. I could see that my rear wing was gone, race over. I simply didn't care at that moment and let the car go where it wanted to. I suppose I could have hit the brakes, but I didn't.
Your ad hominem arguments just make you look bad. Please, just stop, you're embarrassing yourself. https://images.app.goo.gl/4cUhdqEucogQJnm96

You must have very slow reflexes /reaction time and want to blame me. You could lift, steer right or brake.
You wouldn't even have been that close if you hadn't dive bombed me at turn two, almost spinning me. And you wonder why I treat you differently...😎

Given that the apology was not satisfactory to us and our community, and that a second chance was given (privately) to Juan Del Castillo to present a concrete and sincere apology until midnight tonight, which he did not do. We have decided to impose a ban for the remainder of the season to driver Juan Del Castillo. This ban applies both for on and off track league activities.

We have always characterized for trying to maintain a cordial environment within the league, even during the most fierce of competition amongst our league members, and this will not be the exception.

It is the first time such situation arises within our group. We have heard both sides of the argument. Based on this, we have taken the corresponding sanctions.

We encourage all members of the league to always maintain a cordial language on and off the tracks. We understand that competing can sometimes cause friction. We are all humans and sometimes our feelings get in the way as well. However, we should all make intelligent use of our resources and of the language we expose to others.

With this decision we expect to close this issue hoping not to revisit it again. We will now continue with the championship, with the healthy and fun competition we have always provided during all these years.

Yours truly,
SRH Management
