Incident report: Lap 8 35.726 Sean Higgins, causing a collision while passing. I felt as though there was plenty of room for him to make the pass as I braked early to not fight it and let him go, but was squeezed off the track causing spin out as he attempted same pass just a couple laps before which nearly was a collision.

Not intentional. I was certainly surprised. Doesn’t look good on my behalf. Only thing I would say is if you watch very very closely, Juan just starts to move left a touch before the contact happened. Fine margins but it was that tight so I believe his intentions were to cut the line into the apex of the turn.

In the end it is what it is. Didn’t help either of us.I’ll respect the decision. Certainly no intent there.

Cheers

I thought I left more room than that. I was concentrating on my braking point so I didn't out brake my self like the lap before. I applied the brakes and my car started jerking left. Sorry Dave for not leaving more room.
It's hard to leave anything on the track, when you're trying to pass guys who don't give an inch. You have to take every opportunity you can, and try and leave enough room, and do it clean, which this was not. Sorry again.
